At Mythos Market, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Certain items such as opened trading card packs, digital products, and clearance items may not be eligible for return.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
